1. always ask about any specials
2. If needed we do safe burn test to identify fabric
3. Vacuumed first always
4. Mist with proper cleaning pre-spray to prepare for cleaning
5. Aggitate with horse hair brush to break loose soils and oils, etc
6. hot water extraction to remove pre-spray, dirt, oils and soils etc
7. use fan to speed up drytime
