1. All work will be performed in a professional workmanlike manner using industry standard equipment, tools and supplies.
2. Staff will be timely, well mannered, and professional in appearance and attitude.
3. No bait and switch tactics. We may offer suggestions to better the service or the result such as "Would you like to have carpet protector applied?" But, we will only ask you once. We don't believe in the hard sell.
4. Payment: If you are a contracted account, any services we render will be invoiced and processed as agreed. Otherwise, payment will be due at the time of service.
